I am new here so, please bear with me. I need many fast games. I like to make a lot of moves every day. My question is...

What should I do here on RHP?? Should I try to join a Clan?? Should I try the seiges? BTW... I totally dont understand that!! Or... should I just stick with open invites??

Please help, anybody??? Again, my two prioritys are:

1) Fairly large number of games
2) Quick play. Atleast one move/day preferably more.

Thank you for any help,
Michael

Create open invites that have 1 day per move and 0 day timebank.

Be sure to play 1 day games if you expect one move a day. Even a 3 day game gives you 3 days to move.

Consider looking into tournements with 1 day, and large groups. If you get into a group of 16, that gives you 32 games at once... and with luck you advance.

There are also clans that move often, join a fast one if you like... but research the clan a bit first to make sure they play the way you want.

Check out the Fast Players Clan - Clan 74. They say they're not currently recruiting but you could put your nose round the door and ask.

Welcome to Red Hot Pawn!

To play fast games, you should make a large number of open invites with 1/0 timeout, and write "fast movers only" or "play fast" or whatever under game name.

You are a bit unlucky to have subscribed now - you just missed out on playing the 2008 championships by a couple of days.

If you want fast games, look out for Hardcore tournaments in the tournaments page - they are about as fast as games come on here - though dont play too well, I am trying to become the king of hardcore and could do without too much competition.

that depends on if he makes the group 16 or if he joined a group of 16.

To OP:

Play blitz if you want to play fast...take your time on the cc games though.

I don't think there are tournaments with groups of 17 (although it could probably happen in later rounds).

you have to subscribe to be in a clan...thus you take chess more seriously than I do.

Well, you already got lots of tips on how to get many fast games. So I'll just add a little warning - it's easy to overdo it and end up with a lot more games than you can handle, especially if you are playing many tournaments and suddenly have second (or third, fourth etc.) rounds starting when you least expect it.
