Well, that was too easy, I suppose I should have changed my avatar and/or profile first. 🙂
But a rec as promised.
Was pretty amazing to see the coral heads popping out clouds of "goo" like little volcanoes.
Only happens during two weeks a year.
Was it a night dive? Had a great one on the Barrier Reef. Sharks everywhere (remembering that we only had little flashlights to illuminate tiny parts of the sea), and then our trainer (we were doing our advanced Openwater) got our attention, and out of the darkness came a big un straight at us, and swam a couple of meters below our feet. Fun.

Starting at 9:35pm local time last night, they just started popping.
It has something to do with the tides and when the moon was full.
I like night dives to begin with, have about 300+ under my belt, but never seen anything like last night.
Edit: scariest thing for me has been being bumped by large things in the darkness. 🙂
