I'd rather drink one bottle of good beer than a dozen Heineken or, Gambrinus forbid, American Budweiser. Quality over quantity for me, any time.

On which note... many good ones to choose from, but maybe Zundert? Or Corsendonk? In the summer maybe Urquell.

But really, I prefer variety to the same one all the time. There are so many good ones, good in different ways, and good for different occasions, times of year, and even moods.
The preference around where I live seems to be Canadian beers.

We don't have a huge selection of European beers in the States, at least around here. High-end bars do, but not found at the grocery.

I don't think I've ever had one of those. I'd ask you what they're like, but if you don't drink them...

That one's good as well, as is their porter.
