They used to feed it to prisoners for punishment. I think it's called Nutraloaf.
Montana State Prison serves it. Nutriloaf is a baked bean and flour combination with shredded carrots, spinach, raisins, potato, rice, (non-vegan) shredded cheese, and bread that is used as a punishment food for violent prisoners at the facility.

I've heard of it being served here in the Oregon prisons for the same reason.

Coincidentally, I'm from Montana, is that where you are?

I’m 1200 miles from there. A guy I used to work with was in the county jail. He said there for punishment, they put everything on the menu in a blender and serve it up in a bowl.

Broccoli, cauliflower, low cholesterol ranch dip, strawberry cream protein shake, bowl of cantaloupe chunks, 2 small bowls of mixed fruit, bowl of honeydew chunks, quart of 1/2% milk, 2 chocolate crunch candy bars, 2 bottles of 100 proof Smirnoff vodka fifths, 1 bottle of Faygo diet cream soda, 1 bottle of Lipton tea and 2 gallons of spring water. 😵

Oh yeah, there's a 1/2 lb. Taco Bell beef combo burrito that I shouldn't eat, but it's calling to me...
