Someone else's slop, as usual. I don't get to cook much these days as I work 2 jobs (mild mannered gov't worker by day, beer-swilling rock "star" by night).
There are some notable exceptions. Last week I made pork tenderloin, which was a super slice of tenderoni if ever I've had one. Then, on Thursday, I made baked cheese. I wanted something "light", so I baked up some goat cheese with olives and red peppers. Unfortunately, baked cheese as a main is the opposite of light. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. Next time I'll stick with the salad.
