Or I can just walk in and tell them to give me a refund. If they dont I shout infront of all thier other customers about false advertising. The customers stop shopping there and we sue them for false advertising. = The fall of tesco...

Next on my list: Bill Gates... how can I make him loose all his money.....................

go get your money back, go to your local small indepentent computer store get them to build a computer for you, they will put all the crap you want in it and if anything goes wrong they built they know how to fix it. also it should be cheaper than tesco.

edit: did i say store, I'm NOT american - shop shop shop shop........

Click start,then Help & Support and type in the searh box SPECS,follow the links and it will show you exactly what is installed....if it's not what you paid for, you should take it back because in the future if anything went wrong with it they would probably deny that it was the same computer they sold you.

Tesco's will normally swap stuff, no problem.

Maybe true for your country but over here we have laws.

And can tell you for sure he will get his money back or they will replace it with specs that was sold to them.
