I usually consider resigning immediately, but occasionally I think I better practise coming back from a losing position.

Against a higher rated opponent (1900+) attempting to play a piece down is an exercise in futility.

Hate resigning, hope the opponent will make a mistake if I continue, but usually they don’t.

The silliest mistakes are the ones most difficult to accept. Unless having a good time chatting, losing pieces is a waste of time.
