I have sometimes had a hard time to convince people that I am really the age I am (just two weeks ago I was told I looked like 23 😕). People don't always look the age they are. So just say something like: "I know I look younger, but I am really 31, believe it or not." You might want to invent some new parts of your biography, too. If you can tell people about all the years you have spent studying, working, travelling etc., it sounds more convincing.
