What style did you do?
The belts were in this order : white, yellow, orange, green, blue, brown, black.
Later they added red between orange and green and another between blue and brown.

Anyway, the association that I've been a member of for something like 14 years is supposed to be the largest in the UK and I've seen this book on sale in book shops around the world so I (although I'm bias) would recommend it:

As for videos there are some available through the association but last I heard they were aiming to put it all onto DVD so I can't find anywhere online to buy them. Sorry, but the books are good! π
