I generally like darker breads. I miss good fresh "Schwarzbrot" (literally "black bread", a dark rye bread) here in Norway.

I had some really good gluten-free bread when I was trying an elimination diet. It's horrendously expensive, though. 🙁
I agree that the price is excessive, although I can get it as a free prescription on the NHS
