unless you allready know it....
you only breath through one nostril in your nose.
...and it changes. you might spend all day breathin through your right nostril and then suddenly bang your breathing through the left.
anyone who ever hears or feels a click in there nose - thats the nostril changing over to the other one!
i was freaked out all night after it was said to me. do it. hold a finger up by your nostrils and breathe out......note the air coming from only one.
Keep your finger at the end of your nostril and note how when you place it over one nostril nothing happens but the one your breathe through sucks your finger into your nose slightly
