Who is the best and WHY WHY WHY!!!!

he has always been above my standard of play,
but not so long ago it was just above (1700 ish),
then he moved up a notch, then another notch, then another,

he is now only one notch behind our highest rated players ----- i think he will be number 1 soon, and for quite some time.

if he moves another notch or two beyond that then gary and vlad had better watch out!
