Who killed Bambi?

I remember going to see Bambi at the cinema as a child. At the saddest part of the entire movie, just after Bambi's mother got shot, my younger brother (aged about 3-4 at the time) shouted out "Did Bambi's dad shoot Bambi's mum??".

I remember clearly that the whole place erupted with laughter when we were supposed to all be crying lol. I still cant see that bit without having a little chuckle - kinda ruined the emotion of the scene for me lol

Who cares, the venison burgers were good 🙂
