Who likes Billy Joel?

The Stranger had some great songs. Unfortunately, it was largely downhill after that.

I like Leningrad but he never sings it at his concerts.

Saw his at Southampton Rosebowl last weekend. Middle stage, 5 rows from the front. Great show!

I think his mam likes him. Mrs Joel has a soft spot for him too.

don't think much of most of his lyrics.

'just the way you are' is a pretty tune. 'and so it goes' also.

'my life' and 'uptown girl' are good pop songs.

'c'etait toi' chimes right now.

and i can't tell you how much i hate 'we didn't start the fire'.
