Me too!

A favorite of mine is smoked gouda.

EDIT: I'm replying to EDG and not to darvlay 🙂

there's cheese, and there's cheese: if you mean the shiny plasticky stuff in 'individual slices' and so on, then no.

but if you mean
brie and camembert (not sure what the difference is)
red leicester
stilton, or just about any 'blue' or mouldy cheese
chevre
edam
gouda
mozzarella
parmesan
bocconcini
and lots of stuff like that, then YES. absolutely. have to very disciplined when shopping, or i'd go wild and buy tons of the stuff...

In what part of Oz are you? Do you get Margaret River cheeses?

I like eating cheese with either some wine or aged rum. I have some organic gouda with caraway seeds in it at home that I'm enjoying now.

*wipes the drool away. yummmmmmmy
I love brie and a variety of other cheeses with texture, strong and mild tastes served with apples and pears, highland oat cakes and triscuits, and a nice wine. oooooh! Also some good sour dough bread
Put me on a hillside in Wales on a sunny day with this for a meal and my ALex and I am in Heaven!

Carr's Garlic Table Water Crackers are amazing with cheese. You should try it, but keep the details of your encounter with them private -- little kiddies could be reading.

I wasn't planning on marrying the crackers, just eating them .

Hehe, well perhaps I was exaggerating a bit...but they're pretty darn tasty. A product of England, too, so it should fit right into your plans.
