i just ate a mars bar 😲

i'll start again - about 7 months ago i stopped eating "junk food" but every couple of weeks i eat something sweet, today it was the turn of the mars bar the first one i'd eaten for at least 8 months and it tasted horrible, so why i ask, why did something i used to like taste so crap now?

it was the same with coke, used to drink and like it but stopped drinking it about 3 or 4 years ago and now i hate the stuff.

if i had kept eating these things would i still like them?

I'm drinking a coke right now and it is good. I guess a thing about getting older.

Still tastes as good as it always did. 🙂

perhaps the fact that it tastes bad now is a good reason to stop. Your body is telling you "hey dipstick! you poisoned me for years, were clean now! Stop it!! Dont make me make you fat again!"
Put down the Twinky.....

It's because your body is starting to heal from the poisons. It's true! The body is a wonderful perfection of nature. It can recover from many poisons if you give it time.

"What's the difference between the contents of your bowels and the noxious black sludge at the bottom of an estuary? Not a lot perhaps --particularly if you live on a diet of junk food.

The same sulfur loving bacteria that give mud in estuaries and ocean sediments their pungent, rotten-egg smell may have invaded your gut."

Now that you know this please don't start poisoning your body again!
