There is no reason to 'shut down' the Clinton Foundation. There is plenty of work left to be done.

Apparently, you're confusing it with the Trump Foundation. The Trump Foundation exists only as a money generator for the Trump Organization, AKA the Trump Family. The Clinton Foundation, since its inception in 1997, has always been a strictly philanthropic organization.
