i still dont think being in the europa league final can be called a failure. liverpool newcastle etc they can be classed as failures. man u just miles ahead of everyone in quality this season, chelsea did well considering the usual owners involvement in team selection. i think a good few english teams wish they where in chelseas shoes
It is harsh, trev! Third place finsih in EPL and possibly Europa League triumph is hardly a season to scoff at. Especially since their managment got rid of Di Matteo, the better coach, and inserted a dislikeable Benitez. I'd say theirs is a dream finish given the circumstances.
