just been reading and the fact phelps beat crocker in the 100 fly he should have been in the 100 medley relay.

given that the US won gold in that event and he has won 6 gold he could still have equalled the record.

It is interesting looking at all the different body types in the Olympics. Each sport has it's own special human form. The male swimmers are so tall and long limbed with huge upper bodies, while the male gymnasts tend to be shorter and a bit bulkier.
