The thread must close without help from moderators or site admins etc etc.

I won't bump the thread.
That wouldn't be fair.
I will answer questions though.
I will keep this account until a winner is announced so both internet addresses can be checked to show it was a legitimate contest.

It appears from the last poster it is something you would have in your rules. I do believe giving to non-subs who may not be able to afford it because of their tight budgets a chance to get to play more games and maybe even join a Clan.

Anyone can win unless all subscribers agree to not be contenders but rookie wants it so it is settled.

Last post wins.

To appease the current subscribers who think it should only go to a non sub the winner can give it away to whoever they want.

So as of right now rookie is the last poster.
(I don't think he will give it away)

...and this is my last post in this thread.

The one who gives might decide the rules. If they decide to ignore you, then it is their right.
