Dunno if you are serious but if you are you could try with the Taskbar unlocked, look for faint, vertical probably dotted lines (the separators, which also might be a solid bar) around the Quick Launch bar. Drag the line on the left back up near the top of the Taskbar, next to the Start button and drop it there. 🙂
ps; you could do a system restore rather than reinstalling.

Right click on bar/properties/check the box for auto hide. Then the taskbar will disappear until you point at it with the mouse [cursor]and show until you move away again. 🙂

1. Right-click on the taskbar and unlock it (if you haven't already).
2. Grab the vertical dotted line on the second row (moving the cursor above it will change the cursor into a double-arrow).
3. While holding the mouse button move the mouse upwards towards the first row, and ta-da...
You can pay by Visa. If you need pictures I can take a few screendumps for you, but that'll cost extra.

Ah well, nevermind. 🙂

No, I think you said to drag the separator next to the QL bar.
Now taking hedgehogs in drag to the bar, that's another problem that I can't help you with. Unless of course that's your lifestyle or preference...
