Hi

i clearly won a game but it was claimed as a loss. I have no idea how and my points were severly subtracted.

I have reported this but no-one has got back to me.

Can anyone guide me???

you talk about Game 5087764?

If you read the message it says: time out. Which means, that you didn't move within the agreed time and thus lost. Your advantage on board is of no concern in these circumstances.

Clearly and actually winning a game are two different things, post the game.

No-one has got back to you as you lost the game.

As you have won games by timeout you are aware of this situation being possible.
