I just got a new boss three weeks ago. He just up and took from me a multimillion-dollar account that I took a year to cultivate. He took it from me exactly when it became clear that I was going to close the sale. I've been fighting it, and I know I'm going to lose. But this individual fits your description well.

At least now you know what you're up against, with him, and can make sure he doesn't get a chance to do it again.

Inside every human I believe is the capacity for him/her
to be a serial killer.

That's a great job description isn't?

What do you do?

I'm a serial killer.

Oh, do you enjoy your work?

Definitely.

His boss and I are going to have a talk tomorrow. Let's be clear: I'm going to lose. It might even cost me my job. But I'm going down swinging.

How about suggesting a few friendly games of 'winner take all' chess?
