Aus will win everytime if played in Aus.

What about Satchin Tendalker ?

I know Strauss has had some good form but I'm not convinced he is the best one day opener in the rest of the world.

Hmm. But isn't Murali injured? And 2 spinners? Kallis essentially a batsman now. Harmison out of form?
Maybe Pollock for Murali.
Also, Kumble got a bucketful of wickets last year, but Vettori is a useful SLA bowler.

It is not a one day but a test team.
And Sachin is just returned from injury and out of form.

How could Shoaib not be in? Harmison is definately out of form. On current form Akhtar should be in instead of Harmi.
Strauss is an awesome attacking opener, but he might not be experienced enough to edge out the experienced Fleming or Tendulkar.
Pollock definately does not count as a pace bowler any more. He's a real all-rounder who can bowl well.

Do you think that team can beat oz? Maybe, that's not a bad team...

Did you see last night's ODI Crowley? I know it's a pyjama game but I was jumping up and down in my seat during that last over!

It was a very tense one!
Friggin Boucher (who is in the side because we lack experience in the middle-lower order) lost us that one. 3 runs off 6 balls? He needed to get a single and the game was won.

We seem to have forgotten how to win.

SA seem quite adept at getting ties when they really shouldn't. I was just watching a DVD with the SA vs. Aus world cup game where SA needed one run off the last ball and Allan Donald forgot to run - genius 🙂

I was at that match! Apart from the end (god, I've never seen Klusener look so angry in my life) it was possibly the best one day game I've ever seen.

I actually cried that day dude. I could've strangled Allan then...
SA would've won that WC, if we could just get past the god damned aussies.
