There was some reference to hard tackling in one of the posts. I play in a pub league: sweaty men with beer bellies. I shouldered a guy to his shoulder and he went down and I got a red card. If you get grief during the WC, and your women haven't read these rules, then you have only yourselves to blame. 🙄

It has only taken ten years but my wife is starting to develop a rudimentary knowledge of sport. Doesn't always let me watch sport but at least she knows what she isn't letting me watch.

The love of a team is just something most spouses can't understand.
