We do have a football/Soccer Team here in Halifax. Of course changes would have to be made to hold any games here as there would be a lot more people coming than would for a Hockey Tournament. We do however have 4 years to do it. I think they finally see the economical value of holding world events in this part of the world. Fill our hotels and restaurants, everyone eats and sleeps. 🙂

And I've already told you as far as where GBS lives. PAY ATTENTION!!!

It isn't like we haven't held World events here in the past especially in Hockey and Olympics. Football/Soccer would be new to us of course, but people are getting interested especially since we have our own team right here in Halifax. 🙂
