World without the US

How would the world be diffrent?

Perhaps a 'united' Europe after Germany and the nazis succeeding in domination of Europe. There would be still terrorism, but just from different countries and political groups.

Half the world would be under Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan. Or a different thread of history could have seen the USSR or China as the global dominator.
