I would argue Bush being one of the worst. There are just way too many stupid things he's done and currently doing. I actually think that he might be moving America backwards than forwards. But that's just what I think. But for Canadian Priministers, Steven Harper isn't that great either. I just get this really bad feeling from him. He's just way too creepy.
