My neighbor bought a piece a land a couple years ago for like 40 thousand, and just sold it for 150 thousand, My other neighbor built a house a couple years ago, and sold it for like 100 thousand more then he paid for it, Land prices are sky rocketing. It tripled in the past 10 years and Forest Service estimates land prices around here will triple again in 10 years,
My uncle who is a couple years older then me (28) started buying and selling land when he was about 20 years old, and poor. Now currently he a millionaire, has a couple million dollor house, and is currently buying 48 million dollars of land in FL, He estimates he will make 20 million in 4 years, now all he does is sits around flying helicopters, or 4 wheeling, or any other toy he got
My dad got offered big money to build Condos for him,
And here I am wasting my time and money playing chess, getting no where, working in the heat all day long spending all my money on Flight school. hoping I can get a job for 15.00 a hour flying
I think I choose a wrong career. any advise? lol

No overhead at the beginning.
Or, just buy my book.
Get a Solo-flex for keeping yourself trim for all the blondies you will meet.

Would you agree with me that it would be wrong to tax you for breathing? Why is it not wrong then to tax you for drinking water or force you to pay rent to live?
Land, water, gas, coal, clothing, food, housing... Surely these things are just as much a "must" as air?
Your neighbour is undermining the rights and freedoms of us all. You should be proud you have nothing to do with that sort of behaviour!!

Think about it - where air really IS scarce, we do pay for it - divers buy compressed air to breathe underwater.

Anticipate the next big move, don't follow. That's if you want to be a wheeler-dealer - the smarter investor is in it for life and gets in at the lows, stays there and wins in the long run. I've got a good piece of land at the coast that has more than quadrupled in value in 8 years and I'm not letting go. They're not making more of the stuff.
Your uncle talks and lives big but he's just as capable of losing everything on a failed property deal.

Knowing my luck, land prices will crash the instant I buy a peice of land
My uncle pays 20% interest if they loan him 1 million dollors, plus 50% net profit, divided by the number of investers he has for a certain peice of land, To me that is unbelievable
