Appologies to non UK players but we have a tv programme over here (in the UK) fronted by Simon Cowell called 'X Facor' based on the ability of singers. Tonight I witnessed a total injustice (backed up by betfair's view of the outcome). Tonight's voting was unbelievable as the joint favourite Ben was voted out as some younger 'no hoper'called Ray went through. Am I living on a different planet, does anyone else concurr?
Originally posted by stevetoddmaybe not an injustice but i was dissapointed that Louise Lytton left Strictly Come Dancing (and that Matt Dawson went through). I think that the voting public are idiots sometimes

I can't comment as I don't watch it anywhere, although I have watched the auditions in the past, for a good laugh..
It wouldn't surprise me if it was fixed though. 😕

I wouldn't be surprised if Ray is a charismatic, sympathy-case whom the producers choose for entertainment value rather than singing ability. Singing competitions like Idol and X-Factor are all about money for the network.

The post that was quoted here has been removedActually I don't as a rule but my gf loves it (did you see pulp fiction when Samuel Jackson says 'my gf is a vegetarian which pretty much makes me a vegetarian' this more or less sums it up regarding my viewing of this (although of course I do get pay back)). However! when you watch something you can fall into getting into it now and again in certain areas.
