At least some healthy things might come from this. A reduction of arrogance from the democratic party, and not to field a disastrous candidate such as Hillary who couldn't even beat Trump simply because it was her turn to be president. Four years of Trump might be a sobering dose of reality to republicans and democrats alike.

It won't take 4 years. The mid-term elections are in 2018.
