What about this one?

What is the proper email method of reporting a V2 RHP Connectivity Error, when unable to connect to the RHP site?

Only option I'm aware of is a HELP request (with date and time) to... robot@redhotpawn.com. Often the only response is an 'Unable to deliver' error message from the system administrator. Thanks.

Or this one?

Russ, there's a verse in Proverbs to the effect that, "You don't muzzle the ox that plows." This RHP Venture delivers an extraordinary service with rich features, benefits and reliability to a diverse community of people across the globe. Point? Your technical expertise and financial capital support team deserves a handsome continuing return on its considerable investment.

More to the point... $29 membership seems much too low. Most everybody here is realist enough to relize that an attractive net return is the surest way to perpetuate RHP's viability and long term internet presence. Boldly suggest you consider $39 beginning in 2008 (still a bargain if not an outright steal, then $45 or 49 in 2009-2010, etc).

Learned a long while ago the absolute folly of selfishly taking any good thing or person for granted. With gratitude, Bobby (12/6/07)

Thank you. Would any intro narrative simply be typed first, then paragraph down to enter Fen... or should the board position be established first, then add comments? Appreciate your helpfulness.

10th ranked player on the RHP site, ilywrin, presents an interesting chess puzzle in the body of his profile. How is this done? Would appreciate comment on the mechanics. Thank you.
