I'm glad to hear you have found the solution.
Sorry if I haven't post this before ๐Ÿ˜ณ

I had a problem with ZA (free) update. In the first place, you must to take into account that I'm using w98 on an old machine (PII 266 MHz).
So, it may not apply to your pc, running XP.

I downloded the upgrade. After trying to install it, it never started again.
So, I totally uninstalled ZA. Then, I clean the registry, then rebooted my pc.
After that. I reinstalled ZA from the upgrade, and I received the message "such and such dll is missing".
Well, I google for that dll. I found it at varios sites. So, I downloded that dll, and copy it to the win (or win\sys) folder.
Then, rebooted my machine and voilá! That makes the magic!
The upgrade package seems to be flawed and lacks that dll. So, if you erase the previous version it is unable to find it.
For me, all this convoluted procedure was a minor headache ๐Ÿ™‚
