Pastor Duecer, respectfully, whether you choose to stand by your post or sit on

it doesn't change the facts. By the way, topic is 'repent'... not deception. Truly.

Tim, there are two parts to communication: dynamic real time coding and decoding. A valid opinion may often be inaccurately decoded

due to lack of adequate and informed frame of reference or simply rejected out of hand as some kind of foreign sandpaper... or both.

If you wanted to use it in the Koine Greek context, I'd advise putting on a toga and typing your entire post in Greek.
Callous tone for a bright open minded guy like yourself. Let's agree that human beings change their minds. Does any other vocabulary

word within our contemporary English language communicate this universal human activity other than the (now corrupted) word 'repent'?

Nothing more essential to communication than coding your message, is there? Jesus.

Of course, it's not often that the coder gets it wrong on his end. I'm not surprised you failed to mention (or even consider) that part.

"Nothing more essential to communication than coding your message, is there? Jesus."

Thought to be communicated requires the mechanics of representation with words (or its accurate coding in spoken or written language). Articulation of coherent thought/communication style is one issue. Quality of thought in the first place is an entirely different issue.

The transmitter or 'coder' obviously often gets it wrong or does a sloppy job, especially if limited by vocabulary or when dealing with new or strange topics. Uninformed decoding also presents a challenge as in the context of my reply to Tim's sweeping generalizations.

Your "coding" is unnecessarily complicated. That doesn't get you good grades in programming class.

i don't like it. 😵
Fashion Boy is undoubtedly a vicious sociopath.

What would Fashion Boy have to say about the hoody?

Wrong often... in chess, with ideas and in my benefit of the doubt bias

toward people. Facts are still facts. Denial and blame change nothing.

Sometimes things are coded just to be fvcked up. GB's OS make Vista look streamlined like a wet Vespa.

"Clearly the thread isn't too difficult to understand. So, pretending that the fault lies with you is just disingenuous and as "transparent" as the thread itself. Isn't the real issue here that you're peeved that people chose deliberately to ignore your little game?"

CatfoodTim, please read yesterday's previous reply to you again for the first time:

"Repent" = to change one's mind (a transitive verb which by definition includes definitive

actions/results and does not require the superfluous modifer 'truly'😉. Mild disappointment

is all my passing tongue in cheek comment conveyed.
Tim, for the sake of your general

health kindly learn to ignore or absorb member/subscriber threads you happen to dislike."

No, Tim. "Peeved"... how quaint. Believe you've inadvertently resorted, once again, to projecting.

In your opinion, darvlay, perhaps it is defective in that regard. Hold your ground. I respect your opinion...

even though it would be virtually impossible for me to ever acquire your own inimitable posting style.
