It wasn't me who alerted the website, strangely enough. It was someone else. Not my sense of humour, though: "jokes" about raping children. I can't see a funny side.

I know his posting got a bit extreme at times but i knew him from way back. Sent me a postcard from Finland, he was harmless.

I am glad he was a nice guy in your experience. But he posted filth and often thought it was funny to say the most poisonous thing he could think of ~ rather like Kevin Eleven, perhaps. A bad case of online disinhibition syndrome, I'd say.

I have been forum banned only once [in 2020 I think] and it lasted seven days and it was, of course, some kind of terrible error, although not on my part.
When you get a forum ban can you still read the posts or is all access denied?
