I keep sending games to archive folders and they keep comming back to my inbox? Any help?

I have NEVER had this problem. If it's in your game page after archiving it, try refresh. Perhaps it really is gone but you've got the view cached?

If problem persists, use feedback for an official answer. Might want to tell them what browser you use and version etc.

Check games status filter if you selected "all".Try "my move".

How do I archive a completed game? Nothing I click on seems to work. AR

From the My Games page you should see a yellow folder icon with a black arrow-head on it in the Actions column.
It shows up against completed games. Click that and the game will go to the archive folder.
