Under MyProfile, Profile Images, Upload Avatar, read the instructions very carefully. Simple images such as clip art are small in size, but a snap from a new phone may be too big to fit under 4096kb (4mb).

You need to look at the dimensions of the allowed image otherwise it'll not work
