Banned Player Queries

Hi, a player who I have been playing against has just been banned from the site. I know there used to be a list available showing which players had been banned and why but the link didn't appear to be working for me. Does it still exist?

Also, even though he'd just been banned, it was my move in the game so I moved as normal. Will the game eventually just time out?
