I have twice lost my identity. I used to play as Cymbeline 1950 but seem to have crashed out and now only play as Carl Belshaw. This has happened twice and I have lost all my games and contacts. Can this be resolved?

There's still someone on the players list called Cymbelene1950 who moved just over 3 days ago so I don't understand.
You do know of course that you can only have one identity on the site?
