I just played a game where my opponent double-jumped his pawn and checked my king, and I couldn't en passant. I assume this is a glitch since it is a completely legal move to take en passant whilst in check.

    thanks

I very much doubt it was a glitch.
    What was the game number?

I don't think you can do "game number" research on blitz games. Like you, I doubt it was a glitch. It's possible that the check was not removed by the intended capture, or that there was a double check, but I guess we'll never know. Perhaps it was the king attempting the capture, and we all know only another pawn can do en passant, don't we?

I thought that en passant didn't work in blitz. Just my two cents.
