Just move your king two spaces in the desired direction and click 'move'. The software recognizes this as a castle move and completes the move for your rook.
The new board code (which I am very excited about) animates the castle before move submission - so hopefully this often asked question will be put to rest.

You make it sound like it is alive and active already. It is not with me up here, though, so I guess it is still waiting for a release?

Sorry, yes. It is in development - and not available at the moment.
I set about to create a fully featured board interface - but with no plug ins. It does do quite a few interesting tricks, but I wont go into it in case I have to pull some features.
Some early beta testers can probably expect to start using it late next week.
