Claim draw process not working

Game 5933577 is in perpetual check. The same position has been repeated 4 times now and yet my opponent does not want to give a draw apparently.

I have pressed the claim draw check button several times now. What exactly is supposed to happen.?

You needed to claim the draw as you made the move which repeated the position 3 times. You can try again on the fourth repetition.
