clan leagues - beginners help needed !

i am clan captain of liverpool supporters club
just had message that a new league is about to start and we want to enter a team.
real newbie questions, sorry, but how many members does it need and who do i notift the team to ?
any other information gratefully received

You need six players for a team. As for who you notify... you'll have to wait for a clan leader to come along.

Go to your clan home, on the right at the top there is a link "Clan Leagues".
Find the league you want to join and click the "View new season's teams" link at the top.
Then there is a link there that allows you to enter your team.

When the league starts each member will get 18 games (9 opponents)
(less if you're not in a full division).
