I would like to see if my move is good/poor/blunder etc.
I have seen websites-365chess .com foer example where you can analyse your opening moves and it gives you a score(like you see in books)
However It only lets you go so far without registering.
I assume if you register you can carry on for the whole game
My question is,if I entered my move but only after I had made it on RHP would this be regarded as cheating?

Sounds like breaking the rules diagnosing mistakes whilst game in progress. Why don't you do this after the whole game has ended?

Thanks for your comments and suggestion which I think I agree with.
I haven't subscribed/downloaded anything from these sites and probably won't.
Most of my errors are just careless mistakes anyway-mis-calculating an exchange,blundering a piece and the like.

There is nothing wrong with analysing your games, once they are completed.
