I ask because I've not witnessed such a 'clock stopped' note before here...
Reminds me of the time someone asked for 'clock stop weekends' here, he wanted a time format in which all times remaining in games would be frozen...he obviously had difficulty playing over any weekend.. but as far as I remember, the idea was somewhat ridiculed...BUT, it's not a bad idea as it goes 😉
