I think two moves have to be completed by each player. Otherwise the game does not count as part of your statistics.

It was happened also to me once. I won the game and I didn't get any point at all. His rating was over 1400.

happends 2 me 2! ust once!
it was after i take 2x timeouts with the same player! just one of the game was in statistics! although both games were from a tournament! 😉
