how can i play a one evening game session

how can i set settings so that i can play a whole game in one evening that lasts say only 3 hours and must end on that same evening

There are no such settings here, as this is a correspondence site.

However, it is possible to play a fairly fast game if you find someone who agrees to stay with the game and keep it going. Just be aware that if either player decides to log off there is nothing the other player can do about it.
