How do I create a tournament?

If u mean, how do I join a tournament, then u really need to subscribe. Although there are tournaments for non subscribed people, they are very rare.

If you mean, how do I create a tournament, then you can't. that's only done by site admin.

Administrators create tournaments.
Only subscribers can join tournaments except somebody sponsors a non-subscriber tournament (very rare).
