How to give remote access to my Guest?

I used his email address to challenge him. The game is on the screen. i sent the URL to him to use to get online. But the screen is unresponsive .How should my guest Login?

I would have thought the easiest way to play your friend would be for him to sign up for an account of his own then challenge him via open invite.
