In terms of points gained or lost for the clan V a bunch of individual games?

Not sure what the question is, but rating points go with the game, doesn't make any difference what kind of game it is so long as it's a "rated" game. Clan points are awarded as a result of clan challenges, and don't affect the rating system.

If you you are asking if your individual non clan games in tournaments or private challenges affect points lost or gained for the clan, the answer is no.
If you are asking if your games in the clan affect the clan points the answer is still no.
Clan points are awarded for the overall challenge as Kewpie says so if you win both your games no points will be gained for the clan if say another 2 players lose theirs.
